I hired Gareth to remodel my kitchen and add lights/fans in my two bedrooms and living room. I had a previous contractor that didn’t work out but who had already purchased the supplies for the kitchen. Gareth was able to put together my whole kitchen with ease even though he only had pictures of my identical front unit to go off of. He exceeded my expectations, the whole project was finished in a week. Every single possible issue no matter how small he consulted with me and explained it to me so I could make the best and informed decision. I have already discussed with him doing a new roof on all three of my units.

G provided awesome service that might have saved our lives. I had a short circuit in a set of stringed hanging lights on our back patio, he checked wiring and traced the lines where he found a totally shorted out switch box that even had fire damage and ash inside. He took care of it and made sure that it wouldn’t cause us anymore problems. Lights all work great now too!
Beyond that, he recently finished work on our master bedroom closet expansion with new shelving. Included custom shelves and a new support beam. He’s an honest bid and high quality output.
We bought our house less than a year ago so he’s been awesome in helping us figure out what the previous owners were up to…extension cords and all!

I had pretty great experience to have G & Sons Construction come to my rental property in La Jolla to fix some small things requested by my tenant. Although I didn’t see them in person, according to my new tenant, they did a great job, very friendly and professional. The price is very reasonable. I will hire the same team when I have some issues in the future for sure!
